Clicking on Activation does nothing

I have the trial version of WinDVD 8 plus the activation patch installed. Even if I run as administrator, clicking on Activate Now does nothing -- no activation dialog box comes up. Do I need to wait until the trial period has expired before I can activate?

Did you log off your daily account and log-in as an Administrator? If you did not, try that.

Thanks for the tip. After logging into admin account, I had to completely uninstall then reinstall, including activation patch, then run as administrator in order to get activation to work.
