Importing Video Backgrounds

Post by Gra »

Hi Guys

I was thinking of making a video background of my own, using MSP8, for a project. If I did that, how can I export to C3DPS in either uez or upf file format???

Is there a plug-in of some description or do I need some other software or is it just not possible???
Thanks & regards.

How about just inserting your c3d file (the Cool 3D PS project file) into MSP? MSP and VS will accept that format as a video file. Just select the video track you want to insert it to, right-click>choose video and browse to where your c3d file is located on your system...

Thanks for that.

Doh, that's the short and easiest answer (silly me).

From a Hypothetical perspective, is it possible to make a uez or upf to build in as part of the 3d animation?
Thanks & regards.

Make your video in .avi or .mov format...

On the Attribute panel, choose "Background" from the drop-down menu. Then change the background mode to "Video" and then click the Open folder icon. You can now import an .avi or .mov file as your background.

That's it! :)
