bad sound quality

when i capture video from dv (camcorder samsung) with "ulead video studio version 9.0" i have bad sound. it's not happenig when i'm doing that with "windows movie maker" or "adobe premier pro". how to improve that

Are you capturing to DV-AVI? The capturing step should not alter the DV, except to re-package it in an AVI file. The PCM audio "data" should be identical to the tape. :?
