Can't re-activate software after re-install

Post by Ghaavy1 »

For some reason, my previous activation codes for MSP 8, Video Graphics Lab 1 and the MPEG4 plugin aren't working.

Each one states "Activation was unsuccessful. The activation code is incorrect."

I have the original emails with the activation codes.

Is there something I'm missing?

I'm running WinXP Pro SP2. Any help is appreciated.

Activation!
Where were you this time last year?
Following a big campaign from the users of this forum the activation version got dumped in favour of one with a serial number.

I have obtained I no version. It does not activate my program too. I is felt robbed.
If there is version which (who) not require activation belong she (it) render accessible all which (who) be incorporated user.

Thanks sjj1805 !

I was going mad with this issue.

... and where was I? I must have been one of the happy few that wasn't having any major problems (outside of an occassional crash, which, sadly, I've come to expect).

I will fill in the form and hopefully someone will help me with this issue.

Cannot activate after MSP8 reinstall

I have tried and tried to activate with no results. I have also e-mailed the form suggested in the thread and have received no response.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks

As the change was so long ago I think you will need to complete the Customer Service form above.

Thanks for the reply. I had already submitted the form, but have not received a reply and it has been almost a week. What is the usual response time?

Thanks.

I suppose it will vary according to their workload, bit like this forum, sometimes I log on and check 'view posts since last visit' and see 15 and at other times I see 60.
