No Audio
I have a DVD maker USB 2.0 (K-World) with DVDMF4. Running Vista. I have all the hook ups working, I can see and hear what I want to capture. When I preview my capture, I have no audio. my input device is line-in and my input source is mater volume. when I look at the video properties the audio type is - LPCM Audio, Total samples is - 361,162 samples, Attributes is -48000Hz, 16 bit, stereo. but my Layer is blank and my Bit rate is blank. any help would be welcome

Welcome to the forums Crazyslc,
Did you upgrade/install Vista on an older machine or did you purchase a new machine that came with Vista installed? The reason I ask is you probably will have to upgrade a lot of your drivers for your hardware to get things to work correctly if you are using an older machine.
On Page# 15 of the User's Guide/Manual for DVDMF4, it describes about selecting the appropriate audio device driver, and ensuring that you have selected the correct sound input device from the drop-down menu. Double check that to see if you have..
PS:
I attempted to provide a link to download the manual for DMF4, however it seems that Intervideo/Ulead has launched it into the fartzone, (that bit of space that is between the stratosphere and space, where all pflatulations go and get caught..
) it is not found in the Product Documents or the phased-out webpages. It's out there in the middle of nowhere..
That had to be a magical trick to get an old version to actually run on Vista..have a DVD maker USB 2.0 (K-World) with DVDMF4. Running Vista.
How are you seeing and hearing? Is this from within DMF4? It would appear that prior to capturing you can see and hear, however once captured/transferred you loose the audio, correct?I can see and hear what I want to capture.
