Movie Factory 5 Error (help please)

I am trying to join a 38 part movie, but i keep getting the following error message. It displays the following some Chapter Entry Frame Numbers Exceed the Total Frames.

How do i fix this, what deos this mean?

If anyone can help, that would be great

I keep getting a error message sayin windows media had to shutdown evertime i load the program on my computer, it pops up every 15 seconds but as soon as i delete the program it dosnt happen anymore is it a faulty disc
