Can't create dvd menus for dmf5

Just downloaded PI trial version specialy to create new DVD menus for dmf5.(need a 12 thumbtails/page template).
In "video/dvd mode" I can see all the thumbstail,smart scene & buttons templates normally available but I'm ask to download & install corresponding packs.
Only thing I found in Ulead download section is a note that says "DVD menu maker plug-in" available late 2006.(but can't find it anywhere in download section...)
Doe's a 12 thumbnails per page template only exist ? Can someone help ?

The menu plug in will not work with the trial version, sorry. It comes with the extra content for the full version.
