Post by a-tristan »

How do I fix this problem? It says I have "Convert Step Got Some Problems" (4703). It also states that there was an unspecified error - 0x8004125f(4703). Please help I can't burn anything.

What are you converting from? What format are your files, and where did they come from? The Read Me First Post tells you what we need to know in order to help you. (If you have an "AVI" file, we need the details. AVI is a "wrapper" or "container" format and it can contain anything from DV to DivX.)

If you are using a highly compressed format, you may need to convert the file to MPEG-2 before bringing it into Movie Factory. For example, DivX (and the other MPEG-4 formats) seems to cause lots of trouble. SUPER is a FREE universal conversion program, that might be able to convert you file in to a format that Movie Factory can handle.

So what are you trying to convert? AVI is just a wrapper, that holds a variety of formats, such as DV, DivX, Xvid.

Moviefactory 4 and problem burning a photo slideshow & v

Post by superstar905 »

I added a slideshow and also a number of video clips from my Canon s400 digital camera. These clips are in an AVI format I think.

When I go to burn the project to the DVD, I get an error, saying that the audio data is not compatible or something like that, and the burn process stops. Now, I can play the entire project fine in the Moviefactory program, but can't burn it.

Help!
