why dosnt photoimpact have a proper community??

i'v been i long time user of photoimpact and i always loved it all my skinning and designs have been done with it, i couldnt have gotten 444000 downloads withoutit,but now im reaching a limit in my self and there isnt a place i can turn too no tutorial website no proper graphic forums like you find with photoshop!! its ashame ulead dosnt encourage it
