Product wont register, where do I get help?
I've been trying for over two weeks to register my Video Studio 10 plus, I've called Cust-serv with no help at all. I don't know who came up with this no help on un-registered products cuz they must have had a brain spirt. And the help they give you on Ulead sucks. So if theres anyone that can help me get this thing registerd so I can get help, I'd really be greatful. Thanks. Chuck.

So what is causing the problem with registering? What errors if any are you getting? To register you just create an account with Ulead, log-in, and complete the registry info.

Sometimes Ulead's site is real, real slow, so waiting until another time of day may be necessary.
