Computer freeze while building menus in DVDWS 2

I have been working with DVDWS2 for quite a while now on a Win200 machine. I recently reformated and installed XP SP2. Ire-installed DVDWS 2.0 and patched it (latest patch)

I created a new project with a lot of menus (around 25) Each time I drop a link for an item (an other menu, a chapter, etc) my computer freezes for about 1 min to 10min. depending on the numbers of links I have on the menu.

It used to work fine before, is there a compatibility issue with XpSP2?

Here are my specs:
1.8 Ghz Intel
120Gb HD
1 Gb RAM
CD Writer
DVD Burner (same as before)
DVD Reader (same as before)
Directx 9.c

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated

If it does not happen on Windows 2000 but happen on Windows XP SP2, then it might be a platform issue, which you might need to contact Ulead Tech Support for it.
