Workshop 2 accept .stl subtitles? If not, how to convert?

Hi,

I'm completely green in the area of subtitles...I have someone who wants to give me subtitles as an *.stl file. Can Workshop 2.0 import those? If not, how does one convert the *.stl file to something Workshop can import?

That might be "Spruce Subtitle" format.

Subtitle Workshop can load it, then save it in DVD WS 2.0 format.
