Is anyone else having a problem entering a trouble ticket for support or contacting Ulead? The web form just hangs. I tried to call and get support and get immediately disconnected when I hit "1" to speak to a support agent. What kind of glass-house support structure is this? If I wanted forum only support, I would have chosen an open source product.
The problem I am having is that I recently purchased a new computer and de-commissioned the old one. The only file I had available to install was the TBYB version of VS10. I applied my serial number to register the product and it seemed to work. It broke when I installed SP1. I cannot locate the full version even after logging into the Ulead web site for support. Anyone have any direction or ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Nice rhetoric. I'm human. I admit it.sjj1805 wrote:Please view:

HOWEVER,
I DO have a serial number.
I also had a working, LICENSED, TBYB that was rendered useless by a poorly designed patch.
How do I contact this company for support?
