No Sound in DVD MovieFactory 5SE

I am not getting sound in DVD MovieFactory 5SE. The video is fine but the sound is missing. The file I am importing is MPEG4. It works fine on the computer. I apologize if this has been addressed but I went through several pages of the forum topics and couldn't find anything.
