VideoStudio 10 Plus u32Cfg

When I try to open VS10 I get following message:

u32Cfg The security information is invalid or has been modified. This program will be terminated.

Any advise how to fix it? Thanks.

First, welcome to the forum.

Have you purchased the product? Or you are just trying it out?

If you have purchased the product, contact Ulead Tech Support for the issue.

If you are just trying it out, you need to do a clean reinstall.

If you are using a pirate version of UVS, well that's normal you get the error.

Thanks H.T. for promt reply. I am using legitimate product since I bought my first UVS8 yers ago. I will contact Ulead Tech Support.
