Video studio 7 se dvd

Hello just a quick question here.my copy of VS 7 se came bundled with a ADS tech Pyro 1394 digital video card.I noticed while watching the tutorials on the Ulead site that there are lots of components(like fade to black and other transitions among other things) that i dont seem to have with my version.What should be my next step.I am not ready to upgrade to VS 8 yet. Thank you

Someone else may be able to answer your immediate question; if you wait a month version 9 will be available. So just hang in there a bit; you would get version 9 for the upgrade price.

Then even if your version is a SE you can still upgrade to a full version?

I recently upgraded from VS5 SE to VS8, so yes it's possible. Somewhere
on the VS8 Purchase page (I think), there's a link to a page re upgrade
policies -- what Ulead will accept as an upgrade path. Check it out.

Thanks guys when i first tried to register my VS7 i couldnt for some reason .i tried again and it went through this time.And the components i was looking for were a free gift for registering .Thank you for your help and thank you ULEAD .I think i will upgrade soon as 9 comes out
