URGENT! please help!!! saving/sharing movie files...

hey all - it would be great if anyone could respond to this simple question by emailing me at maddogza@gmail.com:

so.. when I am creating a video file in video studio 10 - I want HIGH QUALITY, obviously. when I was saving a video file, recently, I came upon the option to slide a toggle bar between speed in saving, and vid quality in saving. I lowered the quality and upped the speed. I didnt know what effect this would have. Now the quality of my videos are all really bad - and I need to fix this soon! - I'm a YouTuber and I make a lot of vids, so this is a problem!

I can't find the option to change this back now (I normally save in WMV 30fps...)

SO CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHERE I CAN FIND THIS OPTION???

When you select to save the video file click options and you will find the slider on the tab at the far right.
