VOB Editing

I have some VOB movie clips that I'd like to edit. Will Ulead Video Studio Plus open VOB files to edit or will they have to be converted to AVI first?

I assume that you mean "can I import a DVD movie".
Yes you can - select CAPTURE and then IMPORT FROM DVD/DVD-VR

Yes VS10+ will recognize and allow inserting VOB files. However you will get a warning box:

just click YES and the video will be inserted.
