Thumbnails no longer visible

Hi -

I am running PhotoImpact 7.0
I have a tif file saved on my computer (windows 2000).
I open the tif file in PhotoImpact - make a change (brightness) and save the file.
In windows explorer, my thumbnail is now black -
If I open the tif file in PhotoImpact again, I can see the image though.
Any ideas why the thumbnails in windows explorer is not available after I make a change?

Lori;
You may have to use the Explorer menu bar View>Refresh to get the display after making a change.
