Copying CSS protected DVDs

:? Help!! I am new to making dvds and copying etc etc. Can you make copies of CSS protected DVDs using videostudio10? I have hunted around trying to find answers up no luck.

I don't think so... You're probably not going to find anyone here that can help you circumvent the CSS protection.

CSS protection is designed and intended to PREVENT you from doing this.
As a moderator I would have to remove any posts describing how to circumvent copyright protection systems.

The store where you bought the dvd will have copies.

Thank you for the feedback. I think I should have been clearer in my initial message. I was wanting to copy a small part of a DVD to use in a presentation and thought Videostudio might let me do it. It kept coming up with the message CSS protected and wasn't sure what it meant. I will look for another way of using the clip rather than copy it.
