PI 12 and Gateway Convertible Notebook (Tablet PC)

Do you know if PI 12 can be used with the Gateway Convertible Notebooks?

I wonder if you can work directly on screen with the functionalities of a tablet, like Wacom Cintiq 21UX does, may be without its pressure levels.
