How to split audio from video (DVD)?
For the farewell party of one of the kids at my wife's school, I want to make an audio-CD from a previously recorded (video) DVD. Does anybody know how to do that? I have tried to use WinRip, and searched also in the WinDVD functions, but I can't make it work. Thanks for helping me here!

It's not quite that easy. I have MSP8 and VS10+, still scraping my head over this
My DVD is 1h 45 min and VS as well as MSP 8 just ponder a bit before they disappear from view
Have momentarily given up on the idea since I found a faulty RAM module. Removing that did not fix my problem though.
Have reformatted and am in the process of getting it all installed again. I'm going to leave out a bit of dead wood, like PI 10 and 11 as well as VS 7, DVD MF 4 DC and MSP 7.
Will give it another shot once I'm done. Not a very high priority at present though.
How would you go about converting the audio to CDA after you split it from the video, I wonder. My car CD player doesn't know mpe from wma, so I'm stuck.

Yes, you can use the Create Audio CD function in DVDMF 4 DC / 5 Plus / 6 Plus.
