When I run the downloaded program, I am getting the error
Can't Run 16Bit Windows Program
Can not find file c:\Docume~1\Tee\Locals~1\Temp\pw621~tmp\setup.exe
This had happened in the past with Fantasy Warp, but a Microsoft techie, rewrote the install file.
Now is a few years later and after a format, I am unable again to install paritcle as well as Art Texture. The FW.exe works fine.
When I try and use Particle, I get a particle.dll error
Any help would be appreciated.... soon... lol.

The InstallShield software used for installation may exhibit this problem on operating systems where the creation of short file names has been disabled (e.g. by setting the NtfsDisable8dot3NameCreation registry value to 1).
This problem may be solved by moving the setup file to a location which does not use long names in its path components (e.g. the root of drive C) and running it from there. If this does not solve the problem, a change to a registry value is required.
So. Put the installation files (setup.exe) on C:\ and run from there.
