Content for DMF 4.0

Hi,
I just downloaded DMF version 4.0, via Element5, and although Uleads web-site mentions the additional 300+MB content for the program, I only received the program download link. Some people seem to have been more successful, so, please tell me how you got that.
I could not ask Ulead TS, because I need to register first, which is not possible, since version 4.0 is missing in their version list on the DMF registration site.

I have exactly the same story

I contacted the Ulead Webshop in Germany, who then forwarded my mail to element 5, who then again sent me a new link to the original DMF 4 download of 95 MB

I still miss the 'missing link' to the free extra-content files download

I too have the same problem. I've searched high and low, emailed customer services and technical support and got nothing back. I am not amused, they could at least post a note on their website informing us that the content is not quite ready!
BTW you can register your product - I've found a way. In the product selection, choose Ulead other and input the seriel number. You'll get a message telling you that its MF4.0 and choose the obvious option

Thanks, but I have not seen any link in the onfirmation email and when I registered, there does not appear to be any link avaialble. Not sure what Ulead are playing at.

I also didn't get a extra content download link after registering. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me a link to download it. In fact, it's downloading as I type.

I also don't have the extra content. I did not receive a link with my email and the registration process is a shambles. Having registered I still didn't get the link. I emailed customer services and after 3 days I am still awaiting a reply.

Mind you, whilst waiting I did discover that you can import your old layouts/button and templates form DVD MF3.

My link to the extra content files download finally arrived this morning after contacting Ulead twice.

I managed to register DMF 4 by selecting 'Ulead other' and keying in my serial number, which was then recognised as DMF 4.
