Missing Video Filters

Hi there .....
1. Can anybody please help me i have installed U laed Studio 10+ and it was working fine, then all of a sudden i am unable to get my Video Filters to work. I have removed and reinstalled the programme and still i dont have Video filter.

2. why am i getting a strobeing effect on my dvd's after i burn them.

Greatful for any help on either of the above matters.....

This happens from time to time to some users. Nobody knows why. Read the following post for a fix. If you have custom libraries for video, titles, etc. you may want to make copies as they will be erased.

Could be a Field Order (upper or lower) problem. Your project field order must match your clip field order.

Black Lad...many thanks for your reply.....well i have added a new user to pc and it worked fine there, I also tried to copy the filter folder from new user to old but that made no difference, i have also un/installed it again but still the same.

That's when my disappearing video filters problem started...when adding another user.

The availability of the filters jumps around from user to user. I haven't been able to narrow down a "schedule" yet of who has it and who doesn't. The only bright side of it is I don't use video filters very often. When I do, if they aren't there, I log in as the other user and there they are.
