How to use Strobe Motion? can someone explain?
Actually I wanted to make some "loud sound shake" like motion, so the clip will shake with the same intervals (or different intervals), how to do it in easiest way?

STROBE MOTION
yes, I was using the strobe filter but couldn't understand how does it work... it copies video from another part of the movie?! how to adjust it?

Choose ATTRIBUTE for the video clip you want to apply a video filter to.
Then choose STROBE MOTION (near the bottom of all available filters) and DRAG it onto the clip in the timeline you want to apply the filter to.
You can then choose one of the PRESETS using the drop down menu (top left one applies a preset strobe effect, top centre applies the strobe and also then reverses motion with the strobe, etc) - you need to choose each one and then play the clip to see the effect.
You can also select CUSTOMISE FILTER and set you own values - you will need to experiment and then play the clip to see the effect.
There is a tutorial somewhere here which gives good info on applying filters.
