Pausing between chapters on DVD MovieFactory

Currently I'm using Ulead Movie Factory 4.0.
Here's my problem:
I have an old family dvd that already has a terrible menu on it with chapter stops. I want to put a new menu on this.
I use DVD Shrink to take the old menu out. Then I use Ulead and put a new menu on the dvd and put new chapters on it.
After the movie has burned and I play it on my dvd player, the movie pauses briefly at each chapter stop.

How do I take the old menu out and put a new menu on it without it pausing between chapter stops when it's being played?

Jen,

Are you sure you're talking about chapters?

It sounds very much like you're using separate clips (titles) which would behave as you described. With 1 clip using chapter markers, there should be no pause because it just continues reading the file already being read.
