I am thinking of using Photoimpact to create DVD menus.
I notice on the ulead website there isn't a DVD Menu plug-in for PI 10.
Can anyone tell me what differs between PI 10, 11 and 12 with regard's to creating DVD menus?

PI 11 and PI 12 were subsequent versions to PI 10.
The ability to write ones own menu templates only came about with PI 11 and was initially only for DVD WorkShop2.
I wouldn't advise to look at PI 11 since it had many flaws which were never fixed. PI 12 is much better in that respect. The major differences to PI 10 are in the RAW image support, photo editing capabilities and the number of different workspaces one can use and modify.
