personally i had to give up as dvdmf6+ consumed way too much of my time to be considered a stable release. i should have been suspicious when i found numerous threads here describing the intricate clean up process of uninstalling and reinstalling certain ulead software products in attempts at making them work and stop crashing. software just shouldn't require that much effort to make it work ... nuf said ... i can only hope that ulead finds and fixes the bugs in this program. i've requested a refund - as i said - software shouldn't require days of time just to get it to run.

...I've also requested a refund. Customer service replied once, asking me to contact tech support. Thing is- that was the FIRST thing I did, and I told them so when I was asking for the refund...
...tech support has yet to respond, and customer service is now in radio silence as well. If I have not received a refund by tomorrow night, I'm contacting my CC company.
The software simply does not work. It is full of bugs; far too many to risk releasing for public consumption. I need an authoring prog that works correctly the first time and every time. So far I can not find one single aspect of DVDMF6+ that actually works at all...
Completely dissatisfied. Darn shame- DVDMF2 worked like a charm...

I would like to add my name to the chorus of Boooos. I really want this product to work but after 6-8 hours of trying including redownloading, uninstall it and all other video products, I cannot stop MF6+ from crashing. I have yet to burn a DVD or even edit a supported video. I just want a refund. If I hear the bugs are cleaned up and they really support AVCHD I will repurchase it. I got sucked in by the marketing of Corel and Ulead claiming support for AVCHD yet the support department says they don't.
