It's asking me to put in the disc ???

Is there anything I can put into the 'path' box to complete installation? It won't complete until I put in a disc (I downloaded it from the Ulead website)

I received the following e-mail from Softwrap support which fixed my problem:

"We would like to kindly recommend that you uninstall the software completely. Reboot your pc and re-install the software.

Kindly note that you are required to have full administration rights to the computer which you are about to attempt this operation on::

1)Go to Windows Explorer
2)Find the folder C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents
3)Right click your mouse and select Sharing and Security
4)Select Sharing tab
5)Ensure that settings are the same as the attached image

This will prevent the error, which you mentioned below, from appearing.

The image referenced is the WinXP Shared Documents Properties window (I can't figure how to attach an image to this response). Besure that only the "Share this folder on the network" and "Allow network users to change my files" boxes are checked for the C:\\...Shared Documents folder.

This process fixed my problem. I hope it fixes your's as well. Good Luck!
