Transparent Bakcground Question(ulead gif animator)

Is there a way to make the background on all of the frames transparent?
If not, is there a way to make everything of one color transparent like the magic eraser in adobe photoshop.

Try setting the transparency option in every tools in the tool panel. ^_^
