PhotoImpact 7 - Easy Palette GONE!! HELP!!!!!!!

I need help desperately. I am working on graphics for a website I am revising and I was in the process of creating a transparent rose for a swag and when I slide the flower to my Easy Palette it dropped off the face of the earth.

I have restarted my computer twice, shut down entirely and still no Easy Palette. I can click on the little icon at the bottom where it says Easy Palette PopUp and that will open up but there isn't anything in it at ALL.

I can't for the life of me figure out where has gone. I have been so busy using it lately, it might have went on vacation.

I am out of touch with the world. Can anybody help me figure this out!
