I have tried and tried and tried and..........
To get in touch with Ulead. Cannot log on to my account. It either tells me that it's
not activated, - or that the password is wrong. Having password resend does not work, - I
recieve nothing. This has been going on for month. Last time I tried was about a week ago.
This time it was easier to make contact. There was a formular to fill in. Earlier I had a hard
time finding a way to write them as everything I tried I needed
to be logged in to do !!!!!!
Now I really need an upgrade as my program can not process RAW from my new cameara.
What do you do to make contact with Ulead...???
But I'm banging my head against the wall here.
Just tried to create a new account, - which failed....... of course.
Possible to get in touch with Ulead?????

What version of PI are you using? There is an update patch for PI-12 that addresses the RAW image issues, PI-12 Update, the update for PI-11 for RAW images can be downloaded HERE.
Now if your camera is a recent model, then Intervideo/Ulead probably has not developed support for it yet. The best way to inform them, is what you have already done. Go to Intervideo/Ulead's website, log in, complete the form, and wait (probably for the next version), as it is getting close to the time when they release the next version.
