creating video: no ntsc dvd media type on VS 7

I'm rendering several avi video clips to burn on a dvd. When I go to Share and create video I go to custom and save as mpeg and under options I look for Media type: NTSC DVD (as detailed in the VS sticky), but there is no such option. I only see MPEG-1, and NTSC VCD. I tried MPEG-1 and the video was bad. Is there an update or plug-in I need to make this work?

Is this a full version 7 or is it a version 7SE
