I have DVD Movie Factory 5.0 (download version) but i have only 3 menus.
How can i have more menus ?

Sounds like it's the trial version, is it? You get more templates with the purchased version (also downloadable).

No, it's the full version in french, i have purchased on ulead site.
The name of the installer is dmf5_fullstn_f.exe.

You should also have got another file which contains the additional content - mine (for MF5) is called dmf5_content_e.exe (pour vous c'etait peut-etre dmf5_content_f.exe).
