after reading explanations on the link, there no answer, only explanations.
i know , i have vista, and it's my fault if the software has a bug with this operating system
instead of telling us , you're wrong, try to find a solution !!!
and for those who has the same pbm , i found a solution. :D
If you use the compatibility wizard for old programs, you tell : run pictureshow as we had winxp sp2 , it works very well . i made 2 diaporamas .
1 with videos only and the other one with photos and mp3 , and i succeed in burning dvds for these two diaporamas!!!
tks for your help

Nice to see the compatibility wizard worked on THIS occasion.
However..... it is a bit hit and miss and will work with SOME programs but not ALL.

On the brighter side, if like claude06 you find a vista solution for a product then please DO share it with our members.

on this website, http://photo-slideshow-software-review. ... eview.html
, it says that this is compatible with Vista. I bought it & it is not working correctly. it is somewhat misleading.

Someone needs to let this other site know that it is not compatible with Vista. The technical support for Ulead is very unresponsive.

the subject is not "what can I demand to a company", but "what the company makes for the clients".
But all we know the Ulead support.... no problem....
many of us have also a easy solution for that...
