Question about creating DVD covers for 6 disc case holders

Does Photo Impact allow for the creating of the DVD covers for the 6 disc cases? I am not familer with this program, I have been using Nero Cover Designer for all my cover needs. I am looking for something that will allow me to create DVD covers with ease, but also fit the cases with the spines that are about an inch wide.

Any information will be helpful.
