The last couple of days I have gotten the following error message when I try to respond to a post or send a pm. With a post it usually double posts it, with a pm it won't send it at all (that is why I couldn't pm a moderator about it). Am I the only one experiencing this?
Could not connect to smtp host : 110 : Connection timed out

My PM finally went thru to GeorgeW and he replied that others are, in fact, having similar problems and expects it to be fixed soon.

Re: Forum Error Message
This has been happening to me also the last three times I have posted, BUT, by opening a new browser window before trying to go back and repost, I went to the forum and saw that my post was there.Black Lab wrote: Could not connect to smtp host : 110 : Connection timed out

Some people get the error and start backing up and doing it again and again without first looking to see if indeed the post made it and we end up with 2 and 3 posts of the same thing. I suspect some people operate their software in much the same manor

Yes, does the same for me with the same message for the last couple of days.
However, I have seen this happen a couple of times before on the Board, so I knew I would only have to post once. Then I simply re-open the main Video Studio forum index page and see that my post is there.
Hope someone takes action soon to correct it, though.
