Motion buttons

I am having an odd problem, I did not use to have, I drag videos to a menu screen to create motion buttons and I check them out on the simulation it all works ok , but when I go to render the DVD project it all goes well till it start rendering the menus with motion button. it always stops at 10%, and it stays that way. There is no message that the program has stop working or any error code. If I mark the buttons as not motion it renders de menu ok. I left one button in motion and the other one as still, it rendered the menu ok if I do the reverse that is to make the motion button, be still and make the till button a motion one it again stops rendering at 10%. I then re-render the video that seems to have the problem to mach the specifications of the working video motion button. But still I get to 10% rendering and hangs there. This has happen to me with other project. No idea how to fix it. Why is it that some videos will not work as motion buttons? any ideas?.
