Problems Launching VS8 Trial

I've recently downloaded a copy of the Video Studio 8 Trial version. When I double click on the desktop icon, I get the following error message: "Can't find the License file 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Softwrap\ULEADUVS8E2004080902\vstudio.sw'. Softwrap cannot continue until the license file is replaced in the same directory as the program. For further information please contact Softwrap support (http://www.softwrap.com)."

I've removed and reinstalled the trial version twice. I've sent an e-mail request to the SoftWrap support, but haven't heard from them yet.

If anyone has experienced the same problem or knows how I may fix this, your help is appreciated.

I have the same problem with the trial version of Ulead VideoStudio 9. It will not run on my Win XP Home machine. I notice the vstudio.sw file is in the program directory of C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 9.0\.

I notice that I can not access "c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents" No users can access that. We all have equal access / administrator / on our XP Home machine.

I'm dissapointed that I can not try this software to see if it is satisfactory.
