I dont know if anyone else is having this problem, but the eye droppers tool does not work for me.
If I try to use it, it gets locked on that tool and does not pick up any color from the screen... The only way to unlock that tool is to CTRL+ALT+DEL, then esc out.
Looks like another buggy release.

lol, crap... I never had to reinstall, worked the first time, every time
Then again, I'm certain I don't run the same software mix as you do.
Did you have PI completely removed before you tried a re-install? Did you have your virus scanner and firewall disabled? Do you have DEP disabled for PI or only enabled for Windows programs? etc. etc. ...
