You need to tell us a lot more information: what exactly were you doing to make your video file i.e. what was your work flow? Where did the original video come from? What were its properties? How was it captured? What are your computer specifications? What is its operating system? And which version of Video Studio are you using?
That will at least give us something to work on!

Thanks for the properties. Now can you tell us exactly what you did to the project by way of editing, please. For instance, did you apply any filters? Do any panning and zooming on any of the still photos?
And when you say you have VS10, is it just 10 or is it 10 *plus*? That is important, because you are using 5.1 audio, and VS10 cannot deal with that, although VS10+ can...

I am not sure if this will help, but it sounds as though one of the filters you applied is either not function properly, or else is conflicting somehow with one of the other filters.
Try removing them one by one and see if the same message appears. Or do it the other way, and remove all filters and then apply them one by one, then see if the message appears.
When the message does appear, you may have identified the culprit and you will need to look closely at your settings or adjust them slightly to see if that makes any difference.
Sorry I cannot be of any more help...
