photo Impact 7, probs with Gif Animator

Hallo, I´f got a problem with my Gif Animator 5, wen I stard it looks to will be start, but than cam´s a massege from Windows (XP, SP2, Updates).
On time it will be run, wen the update of SP2 was not installed. I don´t have anny Idear what can I do??
