Problem with the software, playing video, it freeze
My version 10 freezes when I try to view my project. I try some short video, some longer one, etc
I don't have to restart, but the video stop playing after a few seconds, the sound continue for a moment then everything stop. If I click start again, it start for a moment, then the same thing happen again.
What cause this?
Thank you so much

It sounds rather like you have some other process(es) running on your computer that is taking priority over VideoStudio.
With the program running press the [CTRL] [Alt] [Del] keys together and check the runnin processes tab to see what process is taking up the processor power. If you click the top of the column it will arrange them in order 0-9, click again and they will arrange 9-0.

You probably have a bad/corrupted video file. It can be hard to tell, because a corrupt file will often play OK, but cause trouble when you try to edit or convert it, or when you try to make a DVD from it.
The more compressed file formats seem to cause the most trouble... DivX and Xvid users seem to have lots of trouble!
If your project has more than one video file, you might have to experiment to see which file is giving you trouble.
If it's possible, you might need to re-capture the video (in a different format if you are using a highly-compressed format).
What format are your files? Where did they come from? Please right click on a clip and list the properties here.

You need to import the VOB files rather than place them directly onto the timeline. Please view Importing VOB files
