Hi all,
I purchased video studio 10 plus in September. I started running into problems with the program crashing. I also noticed there was no help file (which I think I figured out is in the content bundle). Anyway, ULead customer support told me to uninstall and reinstall the program. Since I purchased the extended downloaded I downloaded the file (vs10_tbyb_e_na). But it doesn't work. It starts the installation process (although there are errors right away...like when it asks me to select what region I'm from the answer field is blank...but I can still click next). Eventually it gives me a message like "please insert disk 1 that contains the file _____. (last time it was layout.bin).
I'd like to get my hands on the full version, not the TBYB. i'm not very computer savvy so any help/advice would be great. I even tried downloading the trial version again (uvs10_tbyb_(e)_na) but that didn't work either...seems to be almost the same file.

If you purchased the full version in September, why are you downloading the TBYB version?

Whom did you buy the program from? Over the internet in downloaded form I gather. Why do you contact Ulead and not the vendor of your program?

I would be pretty cheesed off if a program with pretty much the same file name (uvs10_tbyb_(e)_na) was not pretty much the same file. :roll:
