I find it interesting that when I need technical support, my only means of communication has been with a tech support guy via e-mail. I have tried to call the tech support office on Friday as well as today, 12/20/2004. The recording indicates the office is closed and to call between 8a - 5p PST. Well, I'm in Central time zone and it's 11:00am. Do they not have someone in the office to answer questions?
I need technical support with a live person...does anybody know if they're closed for the holidays???

So much easier Mike to just post your question here - can't guarantee a reply but there are some very experienced users some of whom might just have a solution to your problem.
Indeed your problem may have already been discussed - have you tried using the Forum 'Search' function (small blue text in upper right quadrant of this window)

i totally agree with Brian you are likely to get better results here than Ulead.
As quoted last week. Ulead UK hate us answering questions here! in the UK u have a premium rate number and a useless geek at the end of the phone who likes to argue with you on your money!!
strange we are in the UK have to have a premium rate number. i smell rip of britain again! the states when i rang i was advised i was contacting a freephone number outside the UK and international calls apply. On this basis it is cheaper to ring the states at 10 p per minute international call than someone in the Uk at 60 p a minute. problem is catch them when they are open!
