0x8004041c(1052) NO DISK CREATION!!!!!!!!!

i'm asking everybody a little question about the video studio 8!!
I have done a project about my travel and i finished it yesterday.. but when i try to make a ISO, a disk or save it as TS i have an error:

and i can do nothing... the problem is that i'm working since october on it and i'm sad sad!!!

PLEASE HELP ME!

next time i'll change tool so i can finish all my works!
it couln't be possible... before finishing seeing my works all gone...

We need some more information. The Read This First post will tell you what we need to know.

What format are your files, and where did they come from?

I suspect you have some bad/corrupted video files, or you are working with a compressed format. A corrupt video file will often play-back OK, but cause trouble when you try to convert it, or if you try to make a DVD from of it. The more compressed the format, the more likely you are to have trouble.

You may have to do some experiments to determine which file(s) are giving you trouble.

This is a user-to-user forum, and we don't know what these "secret codes" mean. However, if you use the forum's search tool, you might find another post with the same error, and perhaps a solution.

Is your version of VS8 a full version, or does it have SE in the title; and if so is it SE Basic or SE DVD?

If it is SE Basic, that may be your problem as it is a cut-down version which cannot burn a DVD (or DVD ISO or DVD Video_TS folder)...
