MF2 stops when "converting videos..."

MSP 7 comes with Movie Factory 2.
When trying to burn a video file made on MSP7 by using Movie Factory 2, the program stops. The computer does not crash, but the progress bar on the bottom always display 0% - and it stays there forever. HD activity seems to stop. This happens when the message "converting videos..." is displayed. What can it be?
