MovieFactory 5 PLUS Launcher is not launching !!!

I just purchased and installed the above product. I had versions 3 & 4 from a previous install, so I uninstalled them first.
The install for 5 PLUS went fine, but no matter what I do the Launcher will not launch. I can open the MovieFactory as a standalone, but not the Launcher. I even unistalled and reinstalled..no go.
What can I do to fix this?
