all the picture is not captured

i have a powerpointfile 800X600 i have captured in avi format

when i tranfer with intervideo 5 plus it is ok when I read on windvd in my computer
but when i read on tv i can't see all the picture .it is smaller
what can i do ?

What? If the picture is smaller, why can't you see all of it?

Usually it's the opposite. TVs are adjusted for overscan, which means that you never see the whole picture... you can't see any of the 4 edges. You have to keep the image inside the safe area.

you are right
in fact i can't see the whole picture
does it mean that i have to always reduce the templates in the initial picture to be in the safe aera
